缘起:天外飞来的一块灵石武汉大学万林艺术博物馆选址位于武汉大学珞珈山西侧科技路与学府路交汇处、武汉大学图书馆对面,该处是教学科研、行政管理、学生活动的中心区,也是学校早期优秀建筑和自然人文景观的中心区。总建筑面积8410平方米,地下一层,地上两层,是一座集艺术展览、收藏、交流、休闲于一体的公共文化设施,设有各类型的艺术文化展厅、校史馆、陈列室、学术报告厅等。整个建筑如晨曦中的一块灵石,矗立于葱郁的树林之中,静卧于蓝色的水
