教育部从2009年起对高校录取高水平运动员有了新的规定,过去执行了多年的高校体育特长生招生办法已不再执行,对过去的和现在执行的有关体育特长生的录取规定,从理论上进行分析,比较他们在执行的过程中,对事业发展所起的作用,试图从中找出一个适合我国高等教育招生体制不断深化改革的合理办法。
