药学系试行毕业生岗位分析报告制度,替代原来的毕业论文,是药学系实践教学环节的一项重要改革措施。该毕业设计贯穿于顶岗实习的始终,结合岗位实际,注重理论联系实际。这一措施不仅有效提高了高职院校学生以“职业能力为核心”的综合素质,更体现了“工学结合”人才培养模式的教育理念。从反馈情况来看,有一定的积极意义,在指导老师和毕业生两个方面都得到了一定的认可。
The Department of Pharmacy pilot graduate job analysis report system, instead of the original thesis, is the Department of Pharmacy practice teaching an important reform measure. The graduation design throughout the internship has always been, combined with the actual post, pay attention to the theory with practice. This measure not only effectively enhances the overall quality of students in higher vocational colleges based on “professional ability ”, but also embodies the educational philosophy of “combination of work and study ” personnel training mode.
