用无纺针刺法制备了苎麻落麻纤维毡,测量了毡的面密度及其分布,并用这种无纺毡制备了增强环氧、不饱和聚酯等树脂基复合材料,测试和讨论了其力学性能,用扫描电镜观察了复合材料的拉伸断面形貌。探讨了苎麻落麻纤维无纺毡复合材料的应用。所制得的苎麻落麻纤维无纺毡既可作为复合材料的表面毡使用,又可作为复合材料增强毡使用。
The non-woven acupuncture method was used to prepare ramie hemp fiber mat. The areal density and its distribution were measured.
