语文教师是学习资源的发现者,是课堂教学资源和课外学习资源的筛选者、鉴别者。本文通过对语文教师的知识素养资源、教学技能资源、情感资源分析,对语文教师作为一种素材性课程资源进行阐述,以引起语文教师对自身资源开发利用的重视。
Language teachers are the discoverer of learning resources, the screening of classroom teaching resources and extra-curricular learning resources, discriminators. In this paper, the language teachers’ knowledge literacy resources, teaching skills resources, emotional resources analysis, language teachers as a material course resources to explain, to cause language teachers to their own resources development and utilization of attention.
