对5052(铝合金)-泡沫铜-5052“三明治”板进行压印连接试验,对压印接头进行了破坏性试验,采用直观检测法分别从接头的失效形式、载荷承载能力和能量吸收能力等方面对接头进行了成形质量分析,对各组接头进行了拉伸-剪切试验。结果表明:压印连接可以实现5052-泡沫铜-5052“三明治”板的连接,其单搭接头的失效形式为颈部断裂;相比5052-5052压印接头,5052-泡沫铜-5052“三明治”板压印接头具有更好的载荷承载和能量吸收能力,可以满足较高的缓冲吸震要求。
