目的了解我国有关职业紧张研究论文的发表现况,研究探讨我国职业紧张研究的水平及发展趋势。方法以重庆维普资讯公司的《中国科技期刊全文数据库》为统计源,检索1989—2013年间在核心期刊上发表的有关职业紧张的研究论文,并运用文献计量学的方法对论文发表时间、所在期刊类别分布、基金资助情况、高产作者及研究团队、主要研究机构及研究特点等进行统计分析。结果检索到514篇有关职业紧张的研究论文,主要发表于2002年后,高等院校和医院产出论文最多,共411篇(占80.0%),研究内容最多为职业紧张与抑郁症状、工作倦怠和工作能力等关系。病例对照研究、队列研究和干预研究较少,量表编制、机理研究与国外有差距。结论近20年来我国职业紧张研究不断发展,为缩小与发达国家的差距,还需进一步加强职业紧张研究。
Objective To understand the current status of research papers on occupational stress in China and to explore the level and development trend of occupational stress in China. Methods Based on the “China Science and Technology Periodicals Full-text Database” of Chongqing Weipu Information Co., Ltd., the research papers on occupational stress published in the core journals from 1989 to 2013 were retrieved and the essay was published on the publication time and journal of the journal Category distribution, fund support, high-yield authors and research teams, major research institutions and research features such as statistical analysis. Results A total of 514 research papers on occupational stress were retrieved. Most of them were published in universities and hospitals after the publication of 2002, with a total of 411 papers (80.0%), the contents of which were mostly occupational stress and depression, job burnout And working ability and other relations. Case-control studies, cohort studies and intervention studies are few, scale preparation, mechanism research and foreign gap. Conclusion The research of occupational stress in our country has developed continuously in recent 20 years. In order to narrow the gap with developed countries, it is necessary to further strengthen the study on occupational stress.
