在我国,煤炭是一种十分重要的能源,既可以满足人们生活中的能源供给还可以促进工业的生产发展,具有不可忽略的重要作用。随着社会发展程度的加快,人们对煤炭资源的需求量也越来越多,但是受到进口煤、产能过剩以及环保的压力,煤炭市场处于较为低迷的状态,因此,怎样加强煤矿工程的建设,特别是造价控制,成为了亟待解决的重要问题。本文首先分析了造价控制的特征,并对其影响因素进行了分析,针对加强造价控制关键点的管理提出了一些建议,希望可以有效的降低煤矿的成本,增加煤矿建设的效益,推动煤矿工程的建设发展。
