宝来1.8T轿车采用直接点火系统,其点火线圈和输出放大器组装成1个部件,每缸1个点火线圈,安装在各缸火花塞上方,点火系统的电路如图1所示。该点火系统取消了分电器和高压线,能量传导损失及漏电损失极小,没有机械磨损,而且各缸的点火线圈和火花塞装配在一起,外部用金属包裹,大大地减少了电磁干扰,使发动机点火更加安全可靠,可以保障发动机电控系统的正常工作。发动机工作时,ECU按各缸工作顺序向点火控制模块发出点火信号,点火控制模块内相应的晶体管截止,使对应气缸点火线圈一次侧线圈电路断开,在二次侧线圈中感应出高压电,火花塞电极间产生电火花,点燃已被压缩的混合气。
