智能电网是当今世界电力系统发展变革的最新趋势。华东电网有限公司于2007年在国内率先开展了智能电网可行性研究,并设计了从2008年直至2030年的“三步走”的行动计划,旨在促进电网规划建设、运行管理、市场交易和服务方式等领域的全面变革,使电网向着资源节约型、环境友好型、运行智能化的方向发展,是在新形势下落实科学发展观的有益探索。2008年,华东电网有限公司全面启动了以高级调度中心项目群为突破的第一阶段工作,目前已取得了一批高水准的阶段性理论和实践成果。
