据报导,由雄性小白鼠释放的外激素对雌性小鼠的生殖具有三方面作用:加速性成熟、使动情周期同步化和抑制胚泡植入。但其化学性质尚未弄清。本文试图进一步探讨与阻断小鼠妊娠有关的外激素的特性。用远系繁殖的雄性小鼠的尿制备阻断妊娠的外激素。将12ml尿经离心、浓缩、透析后得3ml样品,将该样品过葡聚糖G-75柱,用含0.075克分子氯化钠0.05克分子磷酸盐的缓冲液洗脱。按洗脱液流出顺序将洗出液分为五部分,于38℃蒸干。用时将每部分残渣以蒸溜水溶解为原容量的一半进行生物学测定。另取10ml尿经上述处理后,将经葡聚糖G-75洗脱出的低分子量的第四部分蒸发浓缩,进一步用薄层电泳分离。根据茚三酮染色将凝胶的相应各部分从玻板上刮下来,用蒸馏水洗脱每一部分,分别进行生物学测定。将雌鼠与雄鼠合笼,发现阴栓日定为孕1日。将雌鼠与雄鼠分开,24小时后用于测验分离尿样的各部分。于妊娠第2及第3天,分别将各待测样品
It has been reported that pheromones released by male mice have three effects on reproduction in female mice: accelerated maturation, synchronization of the estrous cycle, and suppression of blastocyst implantation. But its chemical nature has not yet been clarified. This article attempts to further explore the characteristics of pheromones related to blocking pregnancy in mice. Gestational pheromones were prepared from the urine of far-bred male mice. The 12 ml urine was centrifuged, concentrated and dialyzed to give a 3 ml sample which was passed over a dextran G-75 column and eluted with a buffer containing 0.075 mM sodium chloride, 0.05 mole phosphate.
