据报导,由雄性小白鼠释放的外激素对雌性小鼠的生殖具有三方面作用:加速性成熟、使动情周期同步化和抑制胚泡植入。但其化学性质尚未弄清。本文试图进一步探讨与阻断小鼠妊娠有关的外激素的特性。用远系繁殖的雄性小鼠的尿制备阻断妊娠的外激素。将12ml尿经离心、浓缩、透析后得3ml样品,将该样品过葡聚糖G-75柱,用含0.075克分子氯化钠0.05克分子磷酸盐的缓冲液洗脱。按洗脱液流出顺序将洗出液分为五部分,于38℃蒸干。用时将每部分残渣以蒸溜水溶解为原容量的一半进行生物学测定。另取10ml尿经上述处理后,将经葡聚糖G-75洗脱出的低分子量的第四部分蒸发浓缩,进一步用薄层电泳分离。根据茚三酮染色将凝胶的相应各部分从玻板上刮下来,用蒸馏水洗脱每一部分,分别进行生物学测定。将雌鼠与雄鼠合笼,发现阴栓日定为孕1日。将雌鼠与雄鼠分开,24小时后用于测验分离尿样的各部分。于妊娠第2及第3天,分别将各待测样品 It has been reported that pheromones released by male mice have three effects on reproduction in female mice: accelerated maturation, synchronization of the estrous cycle, and suppression of blastocyst implantation.
