作者报告T1a肾癌行选择性单纯肿瘤剜除术的结果。1989年1月至200年12月107例患者行肾癌单纯肿瘤剜除术。术前及术中未见淋巴结转移及远处转移。肿瘤大小平均为2.7(0.6～5.0)cm。围手术期(术后30d内)无死亡病例。未发生需要再次手术的严重出血和尿瘘。术后TNM分期为pT1a10例(95%
The authors report the results of a selective neoplastic tumor excision of T1a renal cell carcinoma. From January 1989 to December 2007 107 patients underwent nephrectomy alone. Preoperative and intraoperative no lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis. The average tumor size was 2.7 (0.6-5.0) cm. Perioperative (within 30d) no deaths.
