直肠癌Miles术，由于手术视野小，部位深，术中操作粗糙或肿瘤侵犯骶前筋膜。可能损伤骰前静脉，引起难以控制的大出血。骰前静脉大出血是直肠癌切除术中最严重的并发症。其出血量大，速度快，常引起病人死亡，据报道平均发病率2．9％，平均死亡率为13％。1临床资料1997年4月～
Miles surgery for rectal cancer, due to the small field of vision, the site is deep, intraoperative operation is rough or tumors invade the presacral fascia. May damage the anterior tibial vein, causing uncontrolled bleeding. Presacral venous hemorrhage is the most serious complication of rectal cancer resection. It has a large amount of bleeding and a high rate of blood loss. It often causes the death of the patient.
