为了研究温度对980 nm垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSEL)输出特性的影响,理论计算模拟了温度为365 K和400 K时980 nm VCSEL的功率-电流特性(P-I)曲线,计算了器件的特征温度。实验结果验证了理论计算结果,依据实验结果分析了温度变化对器件输出特性的影响。
In order to study the influence of temperature on the output characteristics of a 980 nm VCSEL, the power-current characteristic (PI) curve of 980 nm VCSEL was simulated theoretically at 365 K and 400 K, and the characteristic temperature . The experimental results verify the theoretical calculation results and analyze the influence of temperature variation on the output characteristics of the device based on the experimental results.
