采用１，６─二磷酸果糖治疗心脏病患者２６例，立其丁（对照组）１２例，通过左右心功能同步测定对比分析。结果，二磷酸果糖改善心肌耗氧量、冠脉缺血阈值等疗效优于立其丁。两种药物对降低心脏总功率、左室总泵力、左室舒张末期血量、左心搏指数、左心排指数均有明显疗效。二磷酸果糖改善心肌缺血、心衰症状疗效明显。
Twenty-six patients with heart disease were treated with fructose-1,6-diphosphate, and 12 cases were treated with Lidan (control group). The cardiac function was measured by left and right heart rate comparison analysis. Results, fructose diphosphate improve myocardial oxygen consumption, coronary ischemia threshold and other curative effect is superior to legislature Ding. The two drugs have obvious curative effect on reducing the total cardiac power, total left ventricular pumping force, left ventricular end-diastolic blood volume, left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular ejection fraction. Fructose diphosphate improve myocardial ischemia, heart failure symptoms significantly.
