在对罗汉菜作收集保存的基础上 ,通过栽培试验观察研究罗汉菜植物学特征、农业生物学特性、种子安全渡过休眠期技术和种子出苗条件。结果表明 ,种子成熟收获后 ,以夏季采用土壤深埋技术渡过休眠期最佳 ,其发芽整齐 ,成苗率高 ,苗体健壮 ;种子发芽最适温度为 15～ 2 5℃ ,最适土壤含水量为 2 5 %～ 35 % ,最适播种深度为 0～ 1cm。罗汉菜从 10月中下旬播种至第二年 4月下旬～ 5月上旬种子成熟 ,全生育期 2 0 0～ 2 10d ,其中营养生长期 12 0d左右。
Based on the collection and conservation of Arborvitae Hook, the botany characteristics, agricultural biological characteristics, seed dormancy technology and seed germination conditions of Arborvitae Hance were studied through cultivation experiments. The results showed that after the seeds were ripe and harvested, the soil was buried in the dormant period with the deep soil immersion technique in summer and its germination was neat, the seedling rate was high and the seedling body was robust. The optimum temperature for seed germination was 15-250 ℃, and the optimum soil The water content is 25% ~ 35%, the optimum sowing depth is 0 ~ 1cm. Lo Han Han sowing from late October to late April to early May of the second year in early May mature seeds, the whole growth period of 200 ~ 2 10d, of which vegetative growth period about 12d.
