肺心病为老年多发病,近3年来,笔者采用中西医结合方法治疗本病急性发作者64例,取得了较好疗效,现报告如下。 1.临床资料 诊断及分型标准:全部患者均按1977年全国肺心病专业会议制定的诊断标准进行观察,中医分型按1985年版全国高等医学院校教材《中医内科学》有关疾病的证型分类,结合自己的临床实践,分为热痰血瘀型:以咳喘,喘促或不能平卧,痰黄粘稠,咯痰不利或发热,舌质红或绛紫,苔黄,脉滑数为主症;寒痰血瘀型:以咳嗽,气紧,咯白痰,痰质清稀,舌质暗或紫暗,苔白或白腻脉紧或沉细为主症。
