患者女,56岁。1985年6月3日晨刷牙时发现右侧牙龈出血,至16时仍不止,且量渐多,即去当地医院就诊,诊断为(?)残根,予以局麻拔除。返家后出血不止,1小时内约一“痰盂”,两小时后抬回该院做局部缝合,加用止血药无效,而转第一军医大学南方医院(作者在此进修)。检查患者面色苍色,表情淡漠,大汗淋漓,皮肤湿冷,血压80/50mmHg,双口角流血。即按出血性休克治疗,
