用途:主要用于测量宽度较窄、而普通量具又不能直接测量的防尘盖槽的直径。 制作:由旧游标卡尺改制而成。 (1)将游标卡尺外测爪侧面的表面镀铬层磨掉; (2)将两根缝纫机针尖端部分磨掉; (3)把缝纫机针锡焊在卡尺外测爪(见图)侧面,两针应在同一条直线上,并平行于游标卡尺的主尺; (4)修磨焊接好的缝纫机针的两端,使D_1尺寸尽量为整数,以便于尺寸换算。 使用:专用卡尺的使用方法与普通卡尺相同,使用时只需进行如下尺寸换算。 D=L+D_1
