轧辊是决定轧机效率的重要部件,我国大部分轧辊厂均采用离心铸造方法生产高速钢轧辊。然而离心铸造过程十分复杂,受到高温高速等因素制约,很难测量金属液的充型规律。随着大型CFD软件的应用,为离心铸造充型过程研究提供了新方法。以多物理场耦合下的卧式离心铸造为对象,采用Fluent对其进行热磁耦合数值研究,得出了电磁场对离心铸造过程的影响规律。并对数值模拟结果进行了试验验证,为今后电磁离心铸造研究提供参考。
Roller is an important part of the efficiency of the mill, most of our roller mill are produced by centrifugal casting method of high speed steel roll. However, centrifugal casting process is very complicated, subject to high temperature and other factors, it is difficult to measure the filling of metal liquid law. With the application of large-scale CFD software, it provides a new method for the research of filling process of centrifugal casting. Centrifugal casting with multi-physics coupling is taken as the object. Fluent is used to conduct the numerical study of thermo-mechanical coupling, and the influence of electromagnetic field on the centrifugal casting process is obtained. The numerical simulation results are verified by experiments, which will provide reference for the research of electromagnetic centrifugal casting in the future.
