做学生的思想工作,最忌“牛不喝水强按头”的办法,应该选择最佳的教育时机,使学生愉快地接受教育。多年的班主任工作,使我体会到:相对心理平衡被打破的时侯,是最容易接受教育的时候。举例如下:1.“坏习气”的心理平衡失去之后1989年我接教了初三〈4〉班,该班同学对自己这个班的上进失去了信心,破罐破摔。一开始,有的学生就冲着我说:“你这个四只眼,真厉害”!犯有小偷小摸行为的同学说:“我再偷两次你看,你能对我怎样?”还有的说:“上课看小说也是学习嘛!”这是逆反心理在作怪。这种不正常的“心理平衡”使班主任难于开展工作,致使班上课堂纪律混乱,小偷小摸之风屡禁不止。

What can you do to me?” Some say: “Reading novels in class is also learning!” This is a rebellious mentality. This abnormal “psychological balance” makes it difficult for headteachers to carry out work, resulting in chaos in the class classroom discipline, and the tempting trend of petty theft.
