对产后健康奶牛阴道的乳酸菌进行分离筛选并对乳酸菌功能特性进行研究。采用传统方法对健康奶牛阴道内乳酸菌进行分离,通过抑菌试验对乳酸菌分离株进行筛选,并研究其产酸性能、抗生素敏感性,通过16SrDNA序列分析方法对分离株进行鉴定。最后获得4株乳酸菌分离株,经鉴定分别为唾液乳杆菌、粪肠球菌、屎肠球菌和巴黎链球菌。4株菌株均可作为防治奶牛子宫内膜炎潜在的益生菌使用。
Vaginal lactic acid bacteria of healthy postpartum dairy cows were isolated and screened and the functional properties of lactic acid bacteria were studied. Lactobacillus was isolated from the vagina of healthy dairy cows by the traditional method. The lactic acid bacteria isolates were screened by bacteriostasis test. The acidogenicity and antibiotic susceptibility were studied. The isolates were identified by 16S rDNA sequence analysis. Finally, four isolates of lactic acid bacteria were obtained and identified as Lactobacillus salivarius, Enterococcus faecalis, Enterococcus faecium and Streptococcus agalactiae respectively. All four strains can be used as potential probiotics for the prevention and treatment of cow endometritis.
