刑法学界一直对犯罪对象概念研究不够。在刑法体系中,一般只在谈到犯罪客体时,才附带对犯罪对象作一些解释说明,长久以来犯罪对象这一概念并没有一个明确的定位。近年来,虽然法学界对犯罪对象概念提出了一些全新的观点,但零散而不成体系。笔者试图研习国内外有关研究发展成果,理性思考,阐述一些个人的观点。
