本文指出：随着黑河市境域内水电规模的形成并与区域线大电力网并接，应用重合闸保护线路，越发显得十分重要。但是常规的微机重合闸的合闸方式，均不能满足小水电系统对重中闸的要求。因此必需改动和注意选型。本文提供了对原有WXH—11型线路保护装置修改为WXH-12型微机保护装置的改动方案和要点。
This paper points out that with the formation of the scale of hydropower within the territory of Heihe City and the parallel connection with the regional power network, the application of reclosing protection lines becomes more and more important. However, the closing method of the conventional microcomputer reclosing can not meet the requirements of the small hydropower system for the heavy gate. Therefore necessary to change and pay attention to selection. This article provides the original WXH-11 line protection device modified WXH-12-type microcomputer protection device changes programs and points.
