水电厂实现“无人值班”(少人值守),必须从电厂的管理体制,设备系统的可靠性、设备的安全措施以及相关辅助手段的全面实施,才能有效、安全地实现。从上述几方面介绍该厂“无人值班”与自动化改造的关系。
