随着我国高等职业院校管理体制改革的不断深入,教育资源配备的不断优化,许多中专学校独立或合并升格成立为高等职业院校。由于合并的学校在层次、隶属关系、单位性质、办学规模等方面的不同,出现了一些新的管理问题,人事档案管理工作就是其中之一。笔者作为一名升格高等职业院校的人事档案管理工作人员,结合本单位人事档案管理工作现状和自身工作实际,就人事档案整理工作中存在的问题谈几点粗浅的看法。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of the management system of higher vocational colleges in our country and the continuous optimization of the allocation of educational resources, many secondary schools have been upgraded to higher vocational colleges, either independently or in combination. Due to the different levels of the merged schools in terms of hierarchy, affiliation, nature of units and school size, some new management problems have emerged. Personnel file management is one of them. The author, as an upgraded personnel management personnel of higher vocational colleges, combined with the present situation of personal file management and the actual work of his own, talked a few superficial opinions on the existing problems in the personnel files.
