为了比较和评价慢性肺心病心电图指标的诊断价值,根据278例心电图测量现行诊断指标及参考争议中的指标共27项,对其敏感性、特异性、正确性进行分析比较.结果对7项现行诊断指标的诊断意义无异议。参考争议指标中较为理想的是(Rv_1+Sv_5)/(Rv_5+Sv_1)≥0.71.Rv_5≤0.5mV,Doll—Bilger指数<1.有一定诊断价值的是IPIv_1≥0.03mm.s,Ptfv_1≤-0.03mm.s,P_1/R_1≥0.5,S—T_1(?)下移≥0.05mV,S_1,≥0.3mV,Sv_5≥0.7mV,Sv_1≤0.2mV.
