本文着重讨论颌面颈深部刀伤大出血有关后期急救处理过程中的定位诊断、治疗方法以及根据伤口愈合的机理。对手术时机的选择,尽可能地免除结扎颈总或颈内动脉的危险,以避免脑部并发症的发生。
This article focuses on the diagnosis of maxillofacial and deep cervical wound hemorrhage related to post-emergency treatment of positioning diagnosis, treatment and according to the mechanism of wound healing. The choice of timing of surgery, as possible, to avoid the risk of ligation of the total neck or internal carotid artery in order to avoid the occurrence of brain complications.
