我厂产品中有一零件需进行大半径球面的加工,我们根据现有设备采用在立铣床上用铣刀盘铣削。由球面的几何特点可知,使铣刀盘旋转时刀尖运动的轨迹与球面的截面圆重合,然后再由工件绕其本身的旋转运动相配
One of the parts in our factory needs to be machined with large radius spherical surface. We use the milling cutter on the vertical milling machine to mill according to the existing equipment. From the geometric characteristics of the spherical surface, it can be seen that when the milling disk is rotated, the path of the tool nose coincides with the circular section of the spherical surface and then matched by the rotation of the workpiece around itself
