太阳每天都是新的。中关村作为中国综合改革试验区,每天都在孕育着、诞生着、成长着新的东西。一位中央领导同志指出,希望能从中关村看到新的东西,听到新的声音。 2003年春天,中关村在“制度建设”和“政治文明”方面迈出了非同寻常的一步。日前,北京市政府中关村科技园区管委会公布了《企业家委员产生暂行办法》(草案)。“办法”指出,将在管理委员会中增设15名企业家兼职委员,其中2名还将进入园区建设的高层领导小组。《办法》规定,企业家委员一届任职两年,企业家委员可以连续任职两届。企业家委员数量约占管委会委员总数的三分之一。定于2003年3月开始根据章程对企业家委员进行推选,6月正式确定企业家委员人选,并向社会公示。
