根据国家、云南省和地矿部关于培养跨世纪学术和技术带头人有关文件的指示精神,结合我局“九五”地勘经济改革发展计划及 2010年远景目标设想,特提出我局“关于培养跨世纪优秀中青年专业技术人才的意见”。一、人才现状我局 1995年末职工总数为 11569人。其中:各类专业技术人员为5072人,占职工总数的43.74%。各类专业技术人员基本结构如下:
