衡水市农民工返乡创业的人数不断增加,但是,从创业的成效来看,成功的案例并不多,诸多因素成为制约农民工创业成功的障碍。本文首先分析了衡水市农民工返乡创业的背景,并对创业的效果和遇到的问题进行了评价,文章最后提出优化衡水市农民工创业环境的对策。
Hengshui City, migrant workers to return home to start a growing number of entrepreneurs, but from the entrepreneurial point of view, the success of the case is not many, many factors have become obstacles to the success of migrant workers barriers. This paper first analyzes the background of migrant workers returning to their hometown in Hengshui City, evaluates the effect and problems encountered in starting a business, and finally puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the entrepreneurial environment for migrant workers in Hengshui City.
