2009年2月起,“家电下乡”工程将在全国全面推广,各地实施时间统一暂定为4年。由财政部、商务部、工信部合力推动的该项工程之最大的看点在于,农民购买“家电下乡”产品,政府将给予13%的财政补贴。初步估算,4年下来政府将补贴300亿元,拉动农民消费家电4.8亿台,总计9200亿元。
Since February 2009, the project of “bringing home appliances to the countryside” will be comprehensively promoted across the country and the implementation time will be tentatively scheduled to be 4 years. The biggest attraction of this project jointly promoted by the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology lies in the fact that the government will give 13% of the financial subsidies for the farmers to buy “home appliances to the countryside” products. According to a preliminary estimation, the government will subsidize 30 billion yuan in 4 years and boost the consumption of peasant household appliances by 480 million to a total of 920 billion yuan.
