为改善P355GH锅炉钢板电渣焊接头的韧性,针对现行的制造工艺(930℃正火+560℃回火),对降温进入两相区(930℃×2h空冷至690℃水冷+560℃回火)热处理工艺进行了初步探讨,并通过一系列性能试验与现行热处理工艺后的性能进行了对比。试验结果表明,上述处理工艺不仅使母材和焊缝韧性大幅度提高,还使强度提高,符合标准要求
In order to improve the toughness of the electroslag welding of P355GH boiler steel sheet, the heat treatment was carried out according to the current manufacturing process (normalizing at 930 ℃ and tempering at 560 ℃), cooling in the two-phase zone (air cooling at 930 ℃ × 2h and tempering at 690 ℃ and 560 ℃) The process was preliminarily discussed and compared with the performance of the current heat treatment process through a series of performance tests. The test results show that the above-mentioned treatment process not only greatly improves the toughness of the base metal and the weld but also increases the strength and meets the standard requirements
