“国培计划”远程培训推出了一些全新的教学理念和一些实实在在地搞好教学的方法和策略。“国培计划”顺应“20年教育中长期发展规划纲要”的时代要求,可以说给广大一线教师的久旱的心田下了一场及时雨,使人倍感“解渴”。经过“国培”的学习,结合教学实践发现,如何培养优秀生的问题是制约我们教学质量的瓶颈。加强优秀生的培养,是学校教育教学工作的重中之重,笔者在高一年级前半学期班主任工作中,就如何培养
