用纯化的布氏菌蛋白变应原（ＢｒＰＡ），对布病病人、布氏菌隐性感染者、布氏菌苗免疫者、肺结核和其他病人及健康人群做皮内变态反应试验。结果显示，其显著特点是安全性好，无副作用，非特异性反应低于现行国产市售菌素（表现在速发反应少，反应面积小）；在保证该变应原具有良好的特异性和敏感性的前提下，提出了其阳性判定标准。表明，该蛋白变应原为纯度高、质量好、易标化的新型布鲁氏菌病皮内诊断制剂
