经国务院批准,今年6月15日国家统计局发布了重新修订后的《中华人民共和国统计法实施细则》(以下简称《实施细则》).为此,国家统计局负责人就《实施细则》的修订和发布实施的有关问题回答了记者的提问.问:为什么要修订《实施细则》?答:《实施细则》是1987年1月19日经国务院批准,同年2月15日发布实施的.《实施细则》发布实施十三年来,对于加强《统计法》的可操作性,补充和完善《统计法》,进一步推动我国统计工作的改革和发展,发挥了积极作用.
With the approval of the State Council, the National Bureau of Statistics of China released the revised Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Statistical Law of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “Detailed Rules for Implementation”) on June 15 this year. A: The “Regulations” was approved by the State Council on January 19, 1987, and promulgated on February 15, the same year. In the 13 years since the implementation details were promulgated and implemented, it has played an active role in strengthening the operability of the Statistical Law, supplementing and perfecting the Statistical Law and further promoting the reform and development of the statistical work in our country.
