春箭舌豌豆又称春巢菜,一年或越年生草本绿肥作物.高50—150厘米,枝多叶茂,复盖度大,产量高.长荚果生于叶腋间,内含种子5—8粒.种子粉红色,扁园形,千粒重50—60克.根系主要分布在耕层,纵横交织,多根瘤.生产上,春箭舌豌豆具有以下特点:1.生长快、产量高:砲台、玛纳斯、阿克苏等地,麦收后复播(七月十一日)到九月廿六日,株高达92—121厘米,亩产鲜草3,815斤;一九六二至一九六四年在阿拉尔种植,三年平均株高146—153厘米,亩产鲜草2,000—4,000斤;和田专区农科所一九六四年春播(三月十八日),到六月十日翻压,亩产绿色体1,248斤,
