观察了碱提类肝素组分Ⅱ(C_2)对微循环血液流速的影响,并以流速改变为指标研究了C_2的量效、时效关系。结果表明1.C_2对细动脉、细静脉的血液流速有明显的加快作用;2.时效、量效关系密切;3.C_2加快血液流速的峰效应出现于药后约1h。
The effects of alkali-loaded heparin component Ⅱ (C_2) on microcirculation blood flow were observed, and the effect of C_2 dose-effect and time-dependent relationship were studied with the change of flow rate. The results showed that 1.C_2 of the fine arteries and veins of the blood flow significantly accelerated; 2. Aging, the dose-effect close; 3. C_2 to speed up the peak blood flow velocity appeared about 1h after the drug.
