新沂市机关幼儿园始建于1958年,是一所具有50多年办园历史和文化积淀的现代化幼儿园。现有20个教学班,700余名幼儿,教师学历达标率100%。其中有徐州市名校长1人,徐州市学科带头人1人,新沂市名教师1人、青年名教师1人、徐州市优秀班主任1人,新沂市教坛新秀2人。省、市、县级课题共30余项,在省市级发表、获奖的论文达300余篇。幼儿园与时俱进,不断创新,锐意进取。倡导“让生命更加灵动”的教育理念,始终把“以科研熔铸底蕴,用生活丰富心智”作为办园的特色,注重把地方文化融入到环境中去,让师幼放眼世界、热爱本土、尊重文化。创设融入“生活教育”等一系列集知识性、操作性、审美性、互动性于一体的主题教育环境、主题游戏环境。挖掘本土文化教育资源,形成园本生活教育实践课程。2013年7月被审批为徐州市首批学前教
