为制定中年男性血沉参考值的统一标准提供科学依据.收集了中国301个单位用温氏法测定的23 001例健康中年男性血沉参考值.运用相关分析和多元非线性回归分析的方法,研究了其与地理因素的关系.结果发现海拔高度是影响中年男性血沉参考值最主要的因素,随着海拔高度的逐渐增大,中年男性血沉参考值在逐渐的减小,相关性很显著(r1=-0.610).利用SPSS软件得到非线性回归方程:Y∧=4.684-2.22×1-0 3x1+1.271×1-0 2x2-4.869×1-0 6x22+4.869×1-0 10x32-0.433exp{3.424-68.787/x3}+0.140 6x4-6.676×1-0 3x24+1.309×1-0 4x34+0.5019 lnx5±5.75.由此模型如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,就可以估算这个地区的中年男性血沉参考值.依据中年男性血沉参考值与地理因素的依赖关系把中国分为青藏区,西南区,西北区,东南区,华北区,东北区等6个区.
To provide a scientific basis for the development of a uniform standard of reference value of middle-aged men’s ESR.Received reference value of 23001 healthy middle-aged men’s ESR measured by Wen’s method in 301 Chinese units.Using correlation analysis and multivariate non-linear regression analysis, And studied the relationship between them and geographical factors.Results showed that altitude was the most important factor affecting middle-aged men’s ESR, with the gradual increase of altitude, the reference value of middle-aged men’s ESR gradually decreased, the correlation is very (R1 = -0.610) .Using the SPSS software, the nonlinear regression equation was obtained: Y ∧ = 4.684-2.22 × 1-0 3 × 1 + 1.271 × 1-0 × 2x2-4.869 × 1-0 6 × 22 + 4.869 × 1-0 10 × 32- 0.433exp {3.424-68.787 / x3} +0.140 6x4-6.676 × 1-0 3x24 + 1.309 × 1-0 4x34 + 0.5019 lnx5 ± 5.75. This model can estimate the geography of a place in China if it knows the geographical factors Middle-aged men’s ESR.China is divided into 6 districts including Qinghai-Tibet, Southwest, Northwest, Southeast, North China and Northeast China according to the reliance relationship of middle-aged men’s ESR and geographical factors.
