学校体育作为教育内容的重要组成部分,体育课教学目标的实现,需要各个教学环节的相互配合才能达成。准备活动作为体育课教学的主要环节之一,需要教师通过认真的安排和组织来进行。本文在分析体育课准备活动生理机制的基础上,提出了体育课准备活动的选用策略。为体育课教学目标的顺利实现,打下良好的身心基础。
School physical education as an important part of the content of physical education teaching objectives, the need for all aspects of the teaching can be achieved with each other. Preparation activities as one of the main aspects of physical education teaching, teachers need careful arrangements and organizations to carry out. Based on the analysis of the physiological mechanism of physical education preparatory activities, this paper puts forward the selection strategies of physical education preparatory activities. For the smooth realization of the teaching objectives of physical education, lay a good physical and psychological foundation.
