铂、铑、金合金中铑的测定有化学法,金的测定用原子吸收光谱法,上述二法对于每一单元素的测定来说,是可行的,但不能同时测定两个元素。本文通过滤纸片制样法,实现了X射线荧光光谱法测定铂、铑、金合金中的铑和金。方法准确、可靠、比较简单,当测定该项合金中5~9%的铑和1~5的金时相对标准偏差最大铑为0.5%、金为0.4%(n=7)。
The determination of rhodium in platinum, rhodium and gold alloys includes the chemical method and the determination of gold by atomic absorption spectrometry. The above two methods are feasible for the determination of each elemental element, but the two elements can not be simultaneously measured. In this paper, through the filter paper sample preparation method, the determination of rhodium and gold in platinum, rhodium, gold alloy by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. The method is accurate, reliable and relatively simple. The relative standard deviation of the rhodium to 5 to 9% rhodium and 1 to 5 gold in the alloy is 0.5% rhodium and 0.4% gold (n = 7).
