A method for The determination of uranium isotope ratio with inductive Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) has been developed. Operating parameters were optimized. Dead time and mass bias were corrected so that the precision of isotope ratio has been improved obviously. The accuracy of the isotope ratio of low concentration uranium samples measured by this method agrees with that of TIMS within 0.5% uncertainties.
