为获得煤矿工人肺通气功能正常参考值,较客观地评价煤工尘肺患者肺通气功能的损害程度,纠正被测者因体表面积对预计值影响的偏差,我们对818例煤矿井下工人进行了常规肺通气功能测定,并通过改进统计方法计算出开滦矿工肺通气功能的正常值及预计值回归方程。
