党的十三届五中全会通过的《中共中央关于进一步治理整顿和深化改革的决定》,全面分析了我国当前的经济形势,充分肯定了党的十一届三中全会以来经济建设和改革的巨大成就,实事求是地估计了当前经济工作中面临的困难和克服困难的有利条件,提出了进一步治理整顿和深化改革的一系列正确措施。这里我们刊登了政府有关部门和企业界几位同志畅谈学习《决定》的体会。他们一致认为,坚持长期持续、稳定、协调发展经济的方针,是总结我国四十年经济建设得出的最重要的经验教训。我们任何时候都必须牢固树立持续、稳定、协调发展的指导思想,始终把不断提高经济效益放到经济工作的首要位置上来。
The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Government on Further Deepening the Reorganization and Deepening Reform” adopted by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee has comprehensively analyzed the current economic situation in our country and fully affirmed the economic construction and reform since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party Tremendous achievements, and realistic estimation of the difficulties currently facing economic work and the favorable conditions for overcoming difficulties, and put forward a series of correct measures for further governing and deepening the reform. Here we have published some comrades from the relevant government departments and business circles who talked about learning the “decision”. They all agreed that adhering to the principle of lasting, stable and coordinated economic development for the long term is the most important lesson learned from summing up the four decades of economic construction in our country. At any time, we must firmly establish the guiding principle of sustained, stable and coordinated development and always put the continuous improvement of economic efficiency in the forefront of economic work.
