In December 2010, the provincial Editorial Office, the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Provincial Supervision Department jointly issued the Measures for the Supervision and Inspection of Institutions in Shandong Province (for Trial Implementation). The Measures came into effect on January 1, 2011. Recently, Vice Minister of Organization Department of Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Director Jiao Lianhe answered questions on the formulation and implementation of the Measures. Q: What are the considerations for studying and formulating the “Measures”? A: Institutional establishment is an important ruling party resource.
