以“和商”理念闻名全国,以公布中国第一部“企业竞争自律宣言”享誉世界的合肥荣事达家电集团,以注册资本77464.5万元,运作整个集团24.3亿元资产。目前它拥有8个控股子公司和1个全资公司,形成了以产权关系(资本)为纽带的新型母子公司体制。集团洗衣机产量已突破150万台,利润已突破1亿元,资产负债率仅34％,处于良性运作状态。
The Hefei Rongshida Home Appliances Group, which is known throughout the country for its “Hen Business” concept, has announced China’s first “Declaration of Enterprise Competition Self-Discipline”. The company has a registered capital of RMB 774,455,000 and operates an entire group of RMB 2.43 billion in assets. At present, it has eight holding subsidiaries and one wholly-owned company, forming a new parent-subsidiary company system based on property rights (capital). The output of washing machines of the Group has exceeded 1.5 million units, profits have exceeded 100 million yuan, and the asset-liability ratio is only 34%, which is in a healthy operating state.
