中国社会转型期的高职院校,成长背景复杂多变,公共危机多发,如何有效应对化解危机,是众多处于快速成长的高职院校急需解决的问题。从消除不良影响,维护高职院校形象,保障社会和谐稳定的角度出发,探讨高职院校危机公关工作,围绕高职院校危机事件的种类、就应对机制建设的必要性、并尝试提出可行性建设建议,是高职院校必不可少的工作。准确的危机公关可以协助高职院校走上快速健康发展之路。
Higher vocational colleges in China’s transitional period have complex and ever-changing growth backgrounds and multiple public crises. How to deal with crises effectively is a pressing issue for many rapidly growing vocational colleges. From the perspective of eliminating adverse effects, maintaining the image of higher vocational colleges and safeguarding social harmony and stability, this paper discusses the crisis public relations work in higher vocational colleges, and tries to put forward the necessity of coping mechanism construction around the types of crisis events in higher vocational colleges. Feasibility of construction proposals, is an essential part of vocational colleges. Accurate crisis public relations can help higher vocational colleges embark on a fast and healthy development.
