在经历了2001年的落潮、2002年的寒冬、2003年的复苏、2004年的升温后,中国互联网正迎来一个新的发展机遇。这也是继1995年互联网基础建设热潮、1999年网站应用建设热潮之后,互联网迎来的第三次发展浪潮。
After experiencing the ebb of 2001, the winter of 2002, the recovery of 2003 and the warming of 2004, the Chinese Internet is ushering in a new opportunity for development. This is also the third wave of development that the Internet has ushered in following the craze of Internet infrastructure in 1995 and the construction of website application in 1999.
